Here is a post office fresh collection of fourteen mint never hinged special use plate number coil strips. You will receive fourteen different plate number coil strips with the plate number on the center stamp. These fourteen are all bulk rate or presorted standard stamps with a face value of 10 cents per stamp. Fourteen total Presorted Std PNCs with a face value of $7 and a Scott catalog value at $33.50.
