NOTE: this stamp has a forged double overprint and is sold as a reference copy for philatelic study purposes. These are now scarce old collectibles in their own right. The circular periods on the second overprint help give it away, versus the moe squarish periods on the original (top) overprint. Better photos or scans are available upon request, as sometimes the colors don't show correctly.
