This Lot is a 142 page hard-bound book entitled THE TRIANGULAR STAMPS OF THE CAPE OF GOOD HOPE, by D. Alan Stevenson, B.Sc., F.R.S. (EDIN.), M.I.C.E. Book is published in 1950 by H. R. Harmer Limited and printed in Great Britain. Book measures approximately 220 mm x 280 mm x 25 mm and is hard-bound in black cloth with gold colored triangular stamp printed on front. Front and back covers show lightly bent corners and small small spot of paper showing through cloth on each corner. Edges of hard bound cover are straight and show little wear. Back binding is unbroken, shows light wear at top and bottom edges from shelving, and is printed with title in gold coloring. Inside pages are printed on light cream colored pages, illustrations on white semi-glossy paper. Pages show some light toning around edges. First title page (second inside page) and blank 2nd to last page are clean but toned overall. Illustrations vary in black-and-white and color. Table of Contents is provided as a picture and shows contents to include wide range of topics. Pictured are few samples of illustrations - balance are of the same quality. While 74 years old, book is clean inside and outside. Please see pictures. A nice reference tool.
