This cover was mailed from Bogotá, Colombia to San Francisco, California in 1940 franked by a 30c dark blue & black brown Coffee Air Mail issue of 1932, Scott C102, a 5c dull brown Coffee Picking issue of 1939, Scott 469, and a pink 1/2c Posts and Telegraphs Building Postal Tax stamp issue of 1939, Scott RA4. The stamps are tied to the envelope by double circle date stamps.

Rectangular Par Avion - Mancomún handstamp.

Slit open top, the backflap with a small tear at one end is otherwise sealed and intact. No contents or backstamps.
