With the postal rate change on January 1st, 1995 came a slew of new rate change stamps with the G designation. This example was for the First Class rate which changed from 29 cents to 32 cents. This auction is for Scott 2885a or BK223, the 32 cent Red G First Class rate stamp in booklet format. You will receive a COMPLETE mint never hinged booklet with two panes of 10 stamps and tab. The tab shows plate number K1111. The pictured stamps are representative of the stamps you will receive. Multiple booklets are shown in the picture, but this auction is for ONE COMPLETE BOOKLET ONLY!
