Here is a post office fresh copy of the 20 cent American Bighorn Sheep complete booklet of 20 stamps, Scott BK142. The booklet containes two booklet panes of Scott 1949a. The mint never hinged booklet has plate number 15 which is found at the top of the second pane in the booklet. This is the overall tagged variety.
