Here are COMPLETE booklets of twenty stamps of the 5c George Washington, Scott 1213a or BK113 and Scott 1213c or BK115. You will receive two COMPLETE booklets of twenty with four panes of five of Scott 1213a and Scott 1213c with slogan 3. Booklet BK113 contains the US Domestic Mailing Rates on the inside front cover while BK115 has Buy US Savings Bonds on the inside front cover. Overall the stamps are centered well.
