A two-shillings-and-sixpence stamp from Biafra to celebrate the first anniversary of its independence. It shows a nurse and war refugees. It was issued in 1968. The Scott and Stanley Gibbons catalogue number is 19.

This stamp is unused with disturbed gum (typical for the stamps of Biafra).
