Payment - We accept checks, money orders, cash, ZELLE and Paypal. Shipping - Lots are packed securely and shipped within 5 business days of cleared payment. SHIPPING DISCOUNTS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE TO COMBINED LOTS PAID ON 1 INVOICE. NO EXCEPTIONS due to non refundable fees which are out of our control. All shipments are covered by our private insurance and that charge is included in your S&H charge.Taxes - We collect tax for items that are shipped to a CT address.Certification - Notice that a stamp is being submitted for a certificate MUST be made at the time of payment. No refunds will be made after 120 days after the sale date unless extra time is granted. Due to the high cost of obtaining certificates, Bobplates will only refund the cost of the stamp(not the cost of the certificate) for items receiving a negative certificate that sell for less than $250. Stamps that sell for above $250 will receive a full refund for both the price of the stamp and cost of the certificate if it should come back not as described. For U.S. stamps only certificates from either PF, APS or the PSE are acceptable. "Graded" certificates or "encased" items are not acceptable.
