United States Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Engraved Vignette Card PV-311, South View of the White House, with Amazing Forerunner 1939 Philatelic Truck Souvenir Card (FPS-1939A), along with additional White House themed Stamps.  Canceled during the AMERIPEX 1986 Show by BOTH the BEP Visitors Center and sports the Chicago First Day Issue cancels on May 22, 1986 from the show.

Souvenir Card Collectors Society (SCCS) number PV-311, along with FPS-1939A.  AMAZINGLY RARE COMBINATION!!!  Dated on the First Day of the 1986 AMERIPEX show May 22, 1986 (Visitors Center - Upper Right), also with the Chicago, IL First Day of Issue (Lower Center).  Stunning Card!

(FPS) Forerunner Postal Service Cards: The United States Post Office Department (later U.S. Postal Service) didn't issue their first official souvenir card until 1960, but a few forerunner cards exist. Most of these are varieties of the Philatelic Truck souvenir sheet, given out during the truck's national tour from 1939-1941.

AMERIPEX '86 took place May 22 through June 1, 1986, in the Chicago area.
