A very nice starter collection for Precancel collectors.  Many years and cities represented here, with the oldest listed as 1897 and either printed on a blank misprint or on the selvedge that just happens to be the same size as a regular stamp.  Also included at no extra charge is a small collection of early postcard cut squares.
