Belgium, Scott #442, used (o), 1952, 13th Universal Postal Union Issue, Portraits of the House of Taxis, 5.75 francs, Stamp shows Prince Anseleme Francoise (1681-1739), 2nd Prince of Thurn and Taxis; was Post Master General of the Imperial Reichspost, with operations based in Brussels and Frankfurt, blue violet, Scott 2019 catalog value: $2.00. Nicely centered, quarter-to-half circular socked on the nose cancellation at top left and just coming into the central image, sound back, good perforations; centering and cancellation warrants a selling price premium. This is not a 'bait-and-switch' offer; the stamp you see will be the one you receive.
