Bangladesh, Pakistan, Scott 129/136, MLH. 1961-1963 definitives of Pakistan, 9 different with handstamped overprints for use in Bangladesh, missing only 135B to complete the short set, fresh, bright, VLH & VF. Stamps of Pakistan were overprinted during the March 26, 1971 and April 30, 1973 Provincial Wars period for use in Bangladesh. These interesting locals are not listed by any of the major catalogs, and there are many machine printed and handstamped varieties of these local overprints that were issued for cities and towns throughout Bangladesh.
