Any single item valued at over $250 sent outside of the usa or canada are to be sent by expedited mail (signature option) exact shipping costs to be determined but please expect it to be in excess of $60. These shipping requirements are not negotiable and are based on the current Hip and paypal policy which provides no seller protection for fraud or theft above these amounts. For the following countries all shipments valued at over $60 must be sent by insured mail at an additional cost of $5.
