Item Description

Austria, Scott #938, used (o), 1973 (January 26), To Publicize the Campaign against Drug Abuse, stamp shows a Girl on Drugs and the phrase "Stop! Drugs are Suicide" (Halt! Rauschgift ist Selbstmord); 2 schillings, scarlet and multicolored, Scott 2019 catalog value: 25¢. Nicely centered, large light black-inked half circular socked-on-the-nose cancellation (Vienna, January 1st, 1972, 1PM - the first day of issue, hence a premium in selling price) over central image, sound back, good perforations. This is not a 'bait-and-switch' offer. The stamp you see will be the one you receive.

I will send the purchase by US first class mail, since the relatively low value of the stamp does not warrant signature or tracking mail. Hence the buyer assumes risk of loss or non-delivery. I will keep a scan of my mailing to verify that the correct mailing address was used.
