Lot contains 43 different first day covers of pre-stamped envelopes (postal stationery), addressed to a collector in New Jersey. They cover a wide range of topics, mostly different from those of the adhesive stamps issued at the time, and could be complete for the period. Most (29 out of 43) have cachets; and most have first day cancels, although six in the group somehow escaped cancelling. An interesting addition to your Australian collection for a very low price.
