As this POP-UP cachet shows, they've all just been to Dr. Seymour Clearly's PET OPTOMETRY to be fitted with new glasses!The prescriptions may be a little 'off' as they stumble uncertainly away from the doctor's office!
This cover folds down to standard size to fit in your album . . but unfolds to 11" to reveal all five pets with attached 3D 'googly eyes'!
The cover received the standard four-bar 'First Day of Issue' handstamp cancel from Boston, Massachusetts on August 20, 1998.
