Photo is of typical lot.These stamps were pulled by me from my personal set of old H.E. Harris "World Stamp Albums". About 1600 foreign (only) stamps were pulled to make up these lots. There are no duplicates. Each lot contains 100+ used, mint and possibly a few CTO stamps, off paper, all have been hinged. All stamps were issued before 1977 or so. There are definitives and commemoratives.
