Item Description
The hard-working AFDCS Donation Auction Committee sends out special Thank You FDCs to those members who donate covers and other items to their twice-yearly fund-raising effort. This cachet design is #7 in a series.It features caricatures of the 8 committee members out in the field, under the direction of foreman Michael Litvak, harvesting a bumper crop of FDCs. The identities are revealed in a diagram on the reverse. While fitting perfectly into your album when folded, when opened, it is nearly 12" wide!
This particular cover bears the Watermelon and Sweet Corn singles, and they are nicely cancelled with the official Digital Color Postmark of July 11, 2015.
