Item Description
This small definitive FOREVER stamp was issued with a ceremony at AmeriCover 2016 in Falls Church, VA. In a discussion of the Fibonacci Sequence and its application in the Natural world, former mathematics teacher Michael Litvak explained to me how the spirals of a snail's shell could be interpreted mathematically.And hence, this cachet was born, as a joint effort between the two of us!
So here's the resulting homely snail, sporting a swirl of stars - echoing the astral spiral on the stamp - starring as the cachet on less than 25 covers serviced.
