Item Description

September 27, 1884 Osceola, New York Scott U-266 retouched die sent to O. G. Cowles in Camden. Scarce cancel, population was 80. Cover opened at the top edge. Corners lightly bumped. Slightly wrinkled at the edges. A little scuffy at the reverse upper right corner which does not impact the front. Inquiries are welcome.
