Item Description
1938 US Presidential Issue, known as the “prexys” ,this set consists of the first 18 stamps in the set, ( 1 cent to 15 cent varieties ) all Mint Never Hinged ( MNH ) in nice sound clean condition with F/VF centering. The Scott catalog numbers are 803 to 820. Photos are representative of the sets of stamps, individual stamps may be slightly different but all of equal quality to those shown. These are Rotary Press printed stamps so some individual stamps may have natural normal gum breaker lines. Seller is 25 year member of the American Philatelic Society since 1998.Sales History
