Wolfgang Jakubek Certificate included ... The Wolfgang Jakubek (Famous German philatelist, dealer, author and auctioneer) … Scarce … Really nice item for an exhibit ... Normal seal tear. Some normal edge age toning. One fold separation and one cross-fold pinhole. Condition is not normally a factor when pricing items of antique or vintage age from this era. Inquiries are welcome.
