July 4, 1890 El Paso, Illinois ... Masonic Letter ... from Isaac Cannon sent to W. A. Ensign in Rutland, ILL ... letter refers to an election balloting and also asks if John Murphy has been suspended. Open at right edge. Corners slightly bumped. Some normal age soil. Letter has sharp corners and no separations. Inquiries are welcome.
