"Mummer's Fez" ~
S-E #FR-NMc 5...Hard to find on Cover [Philadelphia only]

A small philadelphia, pennsylvania cover with a boldly son "solid mummer's fez w/ moon crescent cut-out" post office cancel

~ nice complete strike....This cover is opened at top and left and fairly clean with very faint water stains noted
