Post Office ANNOUNCEMENT Card: 5c Korea; Overrun Countries Issue, (stamp would be Scott #921), sent by permit and canceled Washington D.C. Sept 28 1944, addr Kokomo IN, much better than usual condition, this last Overrun Countries stamp was added at the last moment and the announcement card is scarce, VF.These announcement cards were used from 1937-1947. They are quite collectible today, despite not having any stamps.
