Scott #561 vf mnh og side plate block of 6 of the perf 11 9-cent thomas jefferson issue. This is a beauty of a plate block with all stamps nicely centerd and a nice shade also. No gum problems or crease or wrinkles in the gum or paper. Fresh with nice margins. Buy it now!!!
