FLOPPY DISC MAILER: 6.25" x 5.75 almost square mailer made of medium card, franked with 55c Great Americans Alice Hamilton MD, (Scott #2940), tied by North Metro GA (Austell per return addr) Oct 26th 1999 machine postmark, addressed Washington DC, single franking paid the second ounce rate at the time, perfect for this usage, the mailer contained a floppy disc and was marked DO NOT X-RAY (an increasing concern in 1999 DC), reverse is missing a piece as always (from opening) and has a small piece of tape (original), very scarce, Fine-VF+3760
