I am using ez-grader to grade these stamps and it is a centering grade only. P.S.E. May grade higher or lower. I ship the print out of ez-grader with the stamp.
I believe this stamp should get certified and I will as soon as I can. There are VF+ items through out ALL of my listings. These are simply the ones I noticed.
