Condition: fresh & very attractive stamp with original pse cert as shown...The stamp looks to have a tiny thin at the upper left as shown that was not reported by the pse...This is sold on this basis of disclosure...Still a very attractive stamp and hard to find as a plate # stamp!!!

I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where i could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me.
