These lots are intended for postage and consist of duplication. $.03 issues thru $.20 issues. Many better issues such as attached setenants. I can not go less than $30. I buy lots like the one in the scan all the time. I will not check to see they are never hinged. I will only count out $50 Face value. They will not be in mounts. This is a good way to dress up your letters. I am starting with 10 available. However more can sometimes be done.
