Condition: Fresh used paste-up strip of 4 stamps with nice 1917 dated cancel as shown...while this looks to dip clean, there is some paper residue on the back as shown (I am hesitant to wash this as many times the paste up will separate and the strip will become 2 pairs)...small corner crease on the right stamp as shown...incredibly scarce and genuine flat plate paste up piece...
