444 Washington Series, Circ. Coil Single, Single line watermark, Perf. 10, flat plate, fine, NH. This 10 perf was the first after the perf 12 failed and was out only a few months. The perf. 10 was too hard to pull apart and lead to the perf. 11. Add to that a clear Spirit of Paul Revere cancellation. Right side appears to be a cut apart.Seller Information
