Wide side plate block of scott #405 vf mnh og 1-cent george washington perf 12 flat plate printing on double line watermark paper issue. Perfs are strong throughout the pb and no skips or problems with the gum. The #405-7 series is getting tougher to find so now is the time to get this beauty of a stamp into your collection.
