Attention stamp soakers, here is a world wide lot for you collected by me over the years of doing just that, buying world lots, soaking them off the paper and putting what I need in my albums to fill those missing stamps. There is light duplication, and occasional heavy cancel, but all stamps should be usable once soaked off paper. Some US stamps are included in this mix. Excellent for beginners since the stamp issues are earlier and not current releases of the countries. Stamps will be mailed by US ground advantage. I recycle by using the Prime bubble envelopes to mail lots like this.
