Very scarce Feldpost covers, one each from and to the V1 - Vergeltungswaffen (V-Waffen) rocket trials site at Karlshagen / Peenemuende (Peenemunde). This is the top-secret site where Germany researched and developed their V1 'Doodlebug' or 'Robot-bomb', at the critical time during actual development in 1943. The Feldpost from the Obergefreiter carries a Dienstsiegel of Flugplatzkommando A 34 / XI, and sender address of K. Wachter Lehr u. Erp[robungs] Kdo (Kommando) Wachtel, Kdo (Kommando) 8 Karlshagen I. The similarity of the solider (Wachter) and the Kommando Wachtel is coincidental. In April 1943 Max Wachtel was ordered to form Lehr und Erprobungskommando (Teaching and Research Command) Wachtel to create the V1, and mail from this unit, particularly 'out in the open' is scarce; here are two nice Feldpost with contents, one from the Obergefreiter to his wife, and one back from her.
