Item Description

Unusual grouping with a 3 cent circular die stamped envelope, c1918, addressed to Woodrow Wilson (with additional addressing to Congress and to the committes on weights, measures and coinage); unused. Also with this are "regular republican tickets" for an election in Newark (in 1893) - 5 of those, plus one "regular democratic ticket", which also shows John Scanlan inserted as a chosen freeholder. Not sure why these were together but i'll just leave them how I found them.
