The risk is the buyer.ABOUT THE STAMP:The se-tenant, composed of two stamps, points out, from the left to the right, colored blocks symbolizing earth, where are found elements representing the main natural disaster phenomenon causes, those being: on the first block, we have drought; on the following blocks, with the green surface, windstorms, hail and frost; the blue block, floods; just beside that, being easily recognizable, forest fires and last, landslides and erosion. Over each block, the elements represent the actions of National Civil Defense in avoiding or minimizing the effects of disasters over the community, like: mapping risk areas; prevention (pipelines, constructing wells, containing hillsides); monitoring and alert; and disaster response, with firefighting, medical aid, rescue and assisting victims. On the superior part of each stamp, we may see the logos of the UN World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction 2015 Sendai Japan, and of UN, organizer of the event.
