Condition: fresh, no gum scott specialized unlisted specimen overprint stamp crease and light stain as shown...The exact stamp offered is in the 1st picture of this lot with reference material also shown...

These should represent a upu style specimen stamp with the country of origin not yet identified...As with other items, these were typically mounted directly on pages (see my philippines lot as an example) and thus most of these stamps known typically have no gum like all in this lot...
