3138a "bugs bunny" die cut single from imperf pane

This is a single die cut from the pane of 9 of the imperf pane
On Original Backing Paper

The difference from the other is that the backing paper on this has the die cuts going all the way through so they could be separated without peeling it from the backing paper

This is the one that was never sold in post offices and very undervalued

Getting harder to find and missing from most collections

Would make an excellent addition to your collection
