PLEASE NOTE: The six high-value priority/express mail stamps in this set (3261-62 3472-73 3647-48) are used stamps in order to keep down the cost of the set. I do have MNH copies of all six available if you would prefer them. Contact me for the additional cost involved. Also note that the pages shown will be cut apart or folded for shipping.
From 1997 to 2004 the USPS issued 42 stamps printed by a process that allowed hidden images or words, called Scrambled Indicia, to be incorporated into the stamp. While invisible to the naked eye, the images could be seen using a special decoder naturally also sold by the USPS and now scarce enough to make up almost a third of the cost of the lot.
