Buy a Liberty Loan Bond - Inquire at any bank or post office SLOGAN, placed just below the postmark, handstamp was added by the Post Office, some pencil marks on reverse, sm tear at reduced edge (only visible from the rear), The Youth's Companion c/c, handstamp is missing a couple of letters, stamp is SE, still clear and patriotic marking, cover is accompanied by a portion of an exhibit page which explains this usage, attractive!
