This series is known as the 2 cent carmine Washington heads. Scott catalog images A139 & A140. The folder is shown open & on both sides & contains nine (9) actual used examples. These are used to show how to properly identify each type of the more than fifty (50) types listed. This folder was very popular, but rare as most were destroyed by collectors who put these stamps into their albums. This folder is fresh & in pristine condition. Price $550.00.
