Flora bestor on baltimore, maryland with flag backflap seal and receiver. Includes an incomplete yet interesting 2-page letter (counting both sides as one page) written by a guard / soldier regarding the topography and people of florida. Very good detailed and well written letter. Sent 1898, opened roughly with edge tear at right, some general wear and toning. Fair-fine condition. Enclosure with normal file folds.
