2023 Vatican - World Youth Day in Portugal - Stamp Retired - Run a few thousand - LOW LEFT SHEET CORNER with WYD Logo Lisbon 2023 - World Youth Day 2023 to be held in Lisbon. Obviously Sheet Angles have a much lower run presumably 300 to 500 copies.This stamp was issued on 16 May 2023 but withdrawn almost immediately following the protests, as they associated the figure of the Pontiff with the famous Portuguese conqueror Henry the Navigator known for the Colonizations, in fact such a monument is located in Lisbon and symbolizes the Portuguese conquests of Henry the Navigator........the circulation of this stamp could be around 2000 copies.......it seems that Vatican City is making a new copy with a new design.....it is very reminiscent of the History of the 1961 Pink Gronchi
