2021 First Day Cover with the stamp tractor Zaporozhets. Agricultural machinery of Ukraine.In 1921, a prototype of the first Ukrainian tractor was produced, the serial production of which began in 1923 at the "Chervony Progress" plant (Velikiy Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia Region). At that time, the "Zaporozhets" tractor was one of the best. In terms of simplicity of construction, economy and some technical characteristics, it surpassed even the American tractor "Fordzon", which was confirmed by the tests conducted at the Yakymivsky research and testing station of agricultural machines. By 1926, more than 500 tractors were produced in total.
