2003 USA Memorial Library-Seward AK Pictorial  cancel -  Presorted Eagles  (Scott 3792-3801) stamps on a Artcraft Presorted American Eagle Coil cachet. I believe the two stamps are 3792 & 3801 but I'm not sure of how Scott's is numbering these. The Presorted American Eagles were first issued in a strip of 10 (each stamp value was .25)  in 2003. They were also dated in 2004 and 2005. I only bought them one time (in 2003) so all of my covers with this stamp are from Scott 3792-3801. Presorted stamps are difficult to use on covers as many post offices won't recognize them. In most cases they were teamed with relevant first class stamps. Artcraft's cachet was done with the gold eagle on a blue background and a gold eagle on a red background to mimic the stamps.
