Condition: Fresh used stamp on cover with original PF cert as shown...this is listed in the USPCS census as 4th earliest usage, and the earliest known usage outside of NY (the other 3 earliest covers originated in NY)...some typical wear as shown as per the era and intent of this material as shown...please see pics for details...Cv 975 I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me.
