Condition:Very good condition with no damage (there may be some toning due to the age)

Two (2) each - 23 ring Vintage US Postal Service Official American Commemorative binders especially created to hold either the US Commemorative Panels or American Commemorative Cancelation Pages (previously known as Souvenir Pages). These binders are used but in very good condition with no damage (there may be some toning due to the age). Included for free are 16 original USPS black protective pages which will hold up to 32 panels/pages. These binders if purchased new from USPS are expensive ($24.95 each) .

A portion of this sale will be donated to the APS (American Philatelic Society).
