Item Description

Pair of grilled 3 cent 1861 issue covers from Massachusetts. Salem with red double circle CDS and black cork; Salem smlal CDS with cork. Both appear to be E grill; #88; the Charlestown cover has 1997 certificate so stating (having been submitted as an 85, which it is not). Affordable pair, especially where one has a certificate.
